About the room
Two rooms available, both in the upstairs portion of the house. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Free washer and dryer on site. Utilities are not included in rent, but are overseen by Ivan. There is also an office room that is free for use. Half of the house will most likely be furnished, if there’s furniture you’d like to bring let us know! The house is in a relatively quiet area, many families around. The house is rented through Matik Management.
