The room is in a pretty bit two-floor house, with a garden on the 1st floor and a big terrace on the 2nd floor. The house has two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. On the 1st floor, you will have the living room and dining room, two bathrooms, and the kitchen with washer and dryers. Also, there’s a room connected to the patio that can be used as storage. On the 2nd floor, you have one bathroom, three bedrooms, a big walking closet and a terrace. (Room is unfurnished)
The house is located in Flushing, 10min walking to Murray Hill LIRR and two bus stop in front of the house that take you to Flushing main street in 20min, or to Bell Blv in 10.
You will be living with two more people, one of them is also a teacher, he worked as a dean in a High School, he is so nice and very respectful.
