Internet is free and is included in your rent. We have high-speed Fios fiber optic internet.

The location is great for many different people, as it’s located right in the middle of Denton, approx. 2 minutes away from TWU and 1 minute away from University Dr and Sherman so you’ll have easy access to everything.

The room you’ll be renting is very large, master bedroom sized. It’s a 12x17 room, with your own private exit and entrance on and off the property that goes directly to your room.

As for the rest of the property, there is one bathroom which we will share. You’ll have your own storage area in it for your things. And we’ll keep it clean.

There is both a Washer and a Dryer that works and you’re welcome to use.

The Kitchen has a nice gas stove, microwave, air fryer, oven, fridge, etc etc. You’ll have plenty of your own large cabinets for storage in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Bathroom is larger than it appears in photos.

I’m looking for someone chill and responsible. I keep a tidy place and want someone who also has the same mindset.
