Bedroom for rent: 10x9, twin size day bed is currently in the room with a nightstand and chair, you can fit a queen size bed in the room but I’d prefer to keep the twin frame in there if possible, there’s room for a dresser, closet is a walk in with a new light and organizer/shelving. The attic space is in the closet, so any need for access will need to be kept clear of obstruction.

Property: 2 bed, 1 bath cottage style home with a fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood on the lake with a charming bar and grill next door. Washer and dryer on site in the garage, garage has space for storage.

Utilities are included! I do have hard water but I have a water softener. The water is plenty safe for drinking - I have it tested annually for my peace of mind.

Streaming services: I have Hulu (with ads), Paramount+, Prime Video, Disney plus, and HBO max you are welcome to use at no extra charge to you.

Backyard: I have flower gardens and a couple veggie gardens as well. I’m happy to share the planting space with you! I also have a compost bin!

Garage: my garage currently acts as my sports bar. It can hold a few boxes but I try to not clutter it up. There’s a 20 cu ft freezer in there so we won’t have to fight for space.

Parking: you’ll have your own parking space in the driveway!

I am a 33 y/o female with a 4 yr old female shepherd/lab dog! I’m a very quiet person and like to keep a clean home, despite the tufts of dog hair my pet leaves for me every day! I do stay on top of it. I work as a paramedic so I am gone for 24 hours every 3rd day, but I am home for 48 hours. When I get home from work, I tend to clean up the house, walk my dog and then go to the gym and spend the rest of my time studying (I’m finishing my teaching license) or seeing my girlfriend! I’m not a party animal, nor am I a night owl. I rarely drink, but I do have alcohol in the home.
