Lanna's room

The house is close to so many great food places. We’re less than 10 minutes away from Kung Fu Tea, Sweet Hut and Paris Baguette in Doraville. We’re not too far from the best Supermarkets. Duluth & Atlanta are only 20 minutes away from us. Roswell and Johns Creek are less than 20 minutes as well. We like to say our neighborhood is the best middle point for all of our schools/jobs. The room is upstairs where the other two roommates will be staying and you will be sharing a bathroom. We try to make our roommates as comfortable as we can by keeping our common spaces clean and communicating effectively about our boundaries.

Hey guys! My name is Lanna. We have one room available in a house of four rooms. A little bit about us- we’re a Vietnamese/Chinese household. The neighborhood is primarily Vietnamese and Hispanics. It’s me, my sister Tu and our friend Angie. We have a friendly dog and an adorable cat living with us as well! We’re all students and this house is my parent’s property. We’re all clean and easy to get along with and go with the flow type of crowd. We ask that our future roommate is clean and responsible, doesn’t mind pets and is friendly. My parents are the landlords so the rent is first of the month until you decide to move. If we need things to be fixed, my dad takes care of it. They also come to visit sometimes on the weekends to make sure everything’s okay! We’re all close so please let us know if you’re not okay with anything I just mentioned during interviews.
