ROOMMATE wanted: Attention college students, widows, single Senior Ladies, or traveling nurses. The ROOM (NOT HOUSE) is available for rent with complete access to all amenities. Must be willing to live with a medium-sized dog that would win hearts over Benji and Lassie any day! Your privacy would be highly respected as you share this single-family home with one Senior woman, dog & (son, only 3X a week.) MUST BE A NON-Smoker. There is parking on the street, a fenced-in backyard, a washer/dryer/fridge/freezer/wifi/Wii gaming, movie access, storage access, and more available for your immediate use. Walk five minutes to get to Deep River Recreation Center & Park and play tennis, basketball, or baseball. ALL Southwest schools are within a 2-mile walking distance and are part of Guilford County schools in zipcode 27265. Your chosen room is partially sound-proof, approximately 11 X 10, and has a hanging punching bag available. You must pay $100 a month for utilities in addition. Own private bathroom four days a week.

The neighbors are great, the neighborhood is quiet, and the home is conveniently located in a hot spot to access I-74, I-73, I-85, or I-40 within minutes!

There is a renter agreement you must sign. A deposit of $700 is NON-Refundable UNLESS you are a temporary renter renting for 3 months or less. One other dog (40 pounds or less) is possible but the dog MUST be house-broken, get along great with my Dog, Duke, and be well-trained. MUST be a non-smoker as we have allergies to contend with.

Must treat home with utmost respect and care and any infraction or disturbance by self or pet gives owner/landlord the right to evict you within 7 days. (No exceptions.)

Must clean up after self, maintain bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room at all times of use. Must park on the side street of the house and not the front or driveway.

Must pass nationwide background check, respect home, self, neighbors and landlord’s property items.

Entrepreneur/sales & marketing professional with a creative flair, action-packed movie nut, singer, and a love for God. Respects privacy and lives by integrity. Must be willing to share home with my dog Duke of course and 20 yr-old-son who is with me only 3X a week.
