This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 car garage house, privacy fenced back yard with a screened in pool area. I am posting this for someone(s) to take over the lease as we are moving to Ohio.
I doubt there is any deposit due as we have paid that already. If anything, you should just have the application fee. I would pay for the fee to add/replace us on the lease.
