They have meals in backyard and mainly stay upstairs. They sleep upstairs nightly. Home is few stop lights from highway 15 (located between Sabre Springs Parkway and Poway Road) and close to the 56. Nearby grocery stores, shops, restaurants.

The other 2 rooms (upstairs) are rented by a single female 28 year old USC graduate, working professional. The other room upstairs is with a single female Junior status student at UCSD engineering with parents. One room is widower female and I am a landlord couple with the upstairs main room. Everyone is quiet and does their own thing. Shared kitchen. We have 2 labradoodles that have their own private section in family room.

Should you need more space, I have a 2 bedroom/1bath available at $2,100. 2nd bedroom is extra large (both on 1st floor). That can be used as. Private living room.
