Hello! My current roomie Julia and I are looking for a third female roomie in their mid to late 20s/early 30s. Ideally our third roomie would take the master bedroom and has a budget around $1500. We are looking for someone who does not have pets ideally but loves animals as we already have a cat and a golden doodle. No smoking or excessive drinking/no working from home. Your roomies would be Julia and myself. We are both 26 and work full time jobs (8:30-5pm) so we are away most of the day Mon-Fri. Julia has an ESA cat and I have an ESA 50 pound goldendoodle. They are both very sweet and get along very well. I enjoy rock climbing, music (I sing and play acoustic guitar), and enjoy baking things from scratch amongst other activities. I don’t smoke or drink (rarely special occasions). We are both clean, organized, and really easy going people!
