Guizot Street

I have a quaint 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. The house has been in my family since the 1940’s, it has a large well equipped kitchen, sunroom, smaller backyard, plenty of street parking in front of the house, great neighbors too! I would like a roommate who is respectful, cleans up after themselves, non smoker, no drugs, no drama please. I am middle aged, work full time during the day M-F. I have two adult children and two elementary school age grandsons who occasionally come over to visit, and I occasionally cook family dinners, which a roommate is welcome to join in. I love to cook and garden. I love the neighborhood! And, the house is great for a roommate as each of the bedrooms/baths are on opposite sides of the house making you feel like you have more privacy. WiFi and cable are included in rent, but roommate would need to pay 1/2 of gas/electric, water bills.
