I have a room available in the awesome West Hills neighborhood. It’s in an adorable house on a quiet street, in a very safe neighborhood and close to everything in Knoxville. The neighborhood is a blend of professionals and adults who have lived here for several decades. This is not a party area at all. The room is medium sized and has a small bathroom across the hall that is all yours. There is a half bath for guest use and I have my own bathroom. It is currently used as my gym room, which I am in the process of moving. The “rent” includes utilities: gas, electricity, water, garbage&recycling, and high-speed fiber internet. It also includes a professional cleaner once a month. I will consider a pet if they are well behaved and well taken care of.
This is not a party house. It is my home with high-end furnishings and lots of love. I would like to share the space with someone who appreciates a clean sanctuary to come home to. Dinner parties and small gatherings with mature/respectful friends are fine. The backyard is amazing for entertaining- pergola, fire pit, large deck.

I am a 42 year old professional. I work from home, Mon-Thurs. I frequently stay at my boyfriend’s house. During the week, I have a very structured schedule. On the weekends I will occasionally relax with a drink, garden/home projects, or just be in and out. I travel a lot. You will mostly feel like you live alone, especially if you work/go to school 9-5 schedule. I am open to partners, but the rent will increase to 1250/mo for two people.
