Theresa's room

Located outside of downtown St. Paul on Dayton’s Bluff. Three blocks from 94 and 35E, 2 blocks from Metro State, library and Swede Hollow Cafe. Mississippi Market Coop is a 5 min walk as well as great Mexican restaurants, Asian market, YMCA, Mounds Park and Bruce Vento trails and park.
The bedroom is about 12x12, has closet. Off-street parking, large fenced yard. I have a dog and 2 cats. My home is still getting renovated so not an ultra fancy place. New kitchen, updated bathroom, laundry, high speed Internet. Window ACs (no central air). Bus line 2 blocks away, light rail 1 mile away. Yard has grills, bonfire pit, lawn furniture, area for gardening.

No other roommates. I prefer a laid back person. No smoking or vaping in the house. I’m open to length of stay. All utilities included (electric, water, gas, garbage).
