We are looking for a fourth roommate to join our comfy apartment. The bedroom available is large (11x13), unfurnished, with big windows, and ready for a February 1st move in.

We are located in Greenpoint, close to LOTS of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Close to the G train, 7 train, and ferry to the city.

Perks of the place: big closets in bedrooms, new kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, rooftop terrace, and in unit washer/dryer. (That’s my personal fave part.)

Who we’re looking for: Someone kind and considerate.

Our Apartment vibes: A peaceful home, where we chat and chill, but “don’t bring the party home” and generally keep it pretty low key between 11pm - 7am.

What’s required to move in: Landlord is seeking someone with minimum job income of $60,000 (ie 40 times rent of $1,500), Credit score of 700 and up, and around $10,000 in savings. If found to be a good fit, it is a $1,500 security deposit and $1,500 first month prior to move in.
