It would be you and me only. Me on main level and you on lower level, we share laundry. I am home a lot so I prefer somebody that goes out to work, I am easy going but require a good clean roommate, I have OCD when it come to cleaning. Easy street parking, NO driveway parking. Help with snow removal, leave collection, and taking out the trash is needed according to season and days of the week. Must be financially stable and always pay on time. Late fee is $50.
