Marci's room

A 2019 16×80 3 bed 2 bath trailer on 3 acres. 2 acre yard and 1 acre wooded with creek. Utilities included. Dogs must stay in a kennel in their own room with my dogs in their kennel . One room furnished and your own bathroom. Washer and dryer available next to room. Only thing I ask is you pay for trash disposal. I mow lawn and u pick up after yourself and your dog if u have one. Driveway not always able to get out in heavy snow or ice without 4 wheel drive. I want a clean tidy quiet person. You will be removed if I disagree if im not respected or any damage has occurred.

I llive alone. Just removed a live in for disrespecting my home my rules and laziness.. I will not tolerate being a mother to anyone. You must respect me and my 4 little dogs and my 2 parakeets. As well as my part of the home. I will not invade your room unless illegal activity is suspected except I am canabis and alcohol friendly when used responsibly. No drunks! I’m easy to get along with
