Beach life at its finest! Excellent area of mission beach. Steps to the bay, one block to the beach. Close to bars and restaurants. The house is 3 bed 3 bath. En suite bath with the room which is on the 2nd floor. Well appointed house with all the furnishings and supplies!
About the roomies
Currently there is one roommate, my good friend Eddie (he’s the one in the profile pic). He works at the Hyatt downtown. He is the best roommate you will ever meet (he lived with us for 7 years!). Very respectful, kind, helpful. Mid 40s. He rents the bedroom on the main floor. Still looking for roommates for the two bedrooms upstairs. In case you have a friend that wants to rent as well! Garage parking for additional fee.
