This room is located in the heart of Palm Desert. It is a fairly quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for students, working professionals, or individuals who like to be near all attractions. It is within walking distance from College of the Desert, Public Library, and McCallum Theater. It is near Public Transportation, Civic Center Park, Golf Range, Hiking Trails, Eisenhower Medical Center, and several shopping centers and restaurants (El Paseo Shopping, Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart Neighborhood Market etc.). It also neighbors other cities, such as Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Springs, and Indio. I am looking for a tenant who is employed, clean, and responsible with a clean background.
