Large Private bedroom for rent, AVAILABLE February 4th! The room has its own private entrance, on-street parking at all times, private bathroom, walk-in closet with shelves, mini-kitchen (sink, island, Double Burner Black Electric Cooktop, microwave, and mini-fridge with freezer), and a queen size bed. All utilities included (electricity (subject to change depending on usage), internet, trash/recycling, water, and landscape with the exception of the washer/dryer). This room is located in the heart of Palm Desert. It is a fairly quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for students, working professionals, or individuals who like to be near all attractions. It is within walking distance from College of the Desert, Public Library, and McCallum Theater. It is near Public Transportation, Civic Center Park, Golf Range, Hiking Trails, Eisenhower Medical Center, and several shopping centers and restaurants (El Paseo Shopping, Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart Neighborhood Market etc.). It also neighbors other cities, such as Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Springs, and Indio. I am looking for a tenant who is employed, clean, and responsible with a clean background.
