Flexible month to month lease. 2 blocks from Echo Park lake, 10 minute walk to Sunset and 1 mile to dodger Stadium. The house has a front and backyard with fruit trees, sitting areas, and a fire pit. It’s a great spot to host. Laundry is on site and there is a ton of extra storage space in the basement. Street parking is easy in this area. We have driveway space available, but almost never need to use it

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared with me (28, F) and my roommate (30, M). We have two very friendly dogs, who spend most of the day in the backyard. My roommate works from home and I am hybrid. We like to hike, bike, play board games, make dinner together, have friends over, etc.
