Amanda's room

This is a private 2-bedroom basement in a single family home. The basement has its own entrance accessible through the fenced-in yard, and its own kitchen and bathroom. There’s also a pool that is open in the summer months. All utilities, wifi, landscaping, etc. are included in the rent! Location is a 20-minute drive from downtown Silver Spring.

My roommate and I live on the upper floors of the house, with our dog and cat. We are looking for someone who is comfortable sharing a house and communicating - as naturally, sound and noise will travel. We want to have a good relationship with our new housemates!
