Includes all utilites ( Central Air conditioning, internet, TV, and water included ) ( Spectrum provider) Looking for a quiet (female ) to rent a large downstairs room in my Hamburg townhouse. 5 min from Hamburg beach ( beach pass included) and 10 minutes to Downtown Buffalo via Route 5. Shared Bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. Limited kitchen use ( 1x a week for meal prep) You can have your own microwave, toaster, keurig, mini fridge in your room. Dishwasher use available if you’d like. Laundry units available to use 1 load per week. Shared driveway, private deck in summer and quiet community near the lake. Must show proof of at least some income or pay 6 months in advance ( student credentials). and 1 -2 personal references. Sorry no cats( I’m allergic) and I already have a small dog! Must be comfortable with one small dog ( Shihtzu) who will greet you at the door. Min lease 4 months ( starting mid August to mid December, but may be welcome to stay longer if we are both in agreement.
