Your own bedroom and bathroom in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment on the 3rd (top) floor of an apartment building (there is an elevator). There is an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The unit is on the corner with a balcony and has a big open living room, kitchen, and dining area. The apartment complex is 1 mile from downtown West Chester; within walking distance of all of the restaurants and bars.

The one other roommate would be myself. I am 23-year-old engineer working in Chadds Ford, PA. I like to go to the gym, watch sports, cook, and generally hang out. I like to be a clean person but by no means need someone who keeps things super clean. I’m open to being friends but it’s not a requirement.
