The apartment is extremely close to campus for a really great price. The apartment is neat and the living room and kitchen are furnished. You will get your own space in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

We are both 20 years old females attending Chico State and are looking for someone similar. We do well with noise and are all homebodies. We are all clean and tidy. We are both very friendly but tend to keep to ourselves.
