I’ve lived in my 2-bedroom apartment since August 2023 by myself and am now looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom. It has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. Aside from that bedroom, the apartment is furnished so I’d do well with someone who doesn’t have a lot of things! Not opposed to moving some of my things out of the common area though.

5 minute (or less) walk to the nearest Bobcat Shuttle stop. New roomie will need to apply and get on the lease with me. I’ll renew in July for another year, so I’m looking for someone who wants to stay put until mid-2025.

I’m a woman, 30 years old and a returning student to Texas State after a 10-year hiatus. I have a little dog who gets along really well with others, so he’d enjoy a doggie roommate if you have one!

Right now I work a full time IT job from home 7-4 M-F, but I want to switch to part-time work so I can devote more time to school, which is why I’m looking for a roomie now. I’m tidy, responsible, and real busy. I’m sober these days aside from maybe a drink at special occasions. I don’t mind what a roomie may want to do in that regard as long as it doesn’t cause any problems in the household.

I may have friends over to visit sometimes, will be courteous to take my roomie’s needs into account. Really I want to keep things low-key and chill! I’m friendly, but I like lots of alone time and im very focused on my goals.
