Cherise's room

Two rooms are available in my three-bedroom home, and I’m looking for animal-loving roommates to fill them! To be more specific, a person who is willing to love the pets already here since it’s already a full house (cats and dogs + backyard chickens and geese)! I will consider additional pets on a case-by-case basis. All are welcome, as long as we all can get along!

• Family neighborhood
• Full bath
• Large backyard
• Close to Mills college
• Plenty of nearby restaurants
• Easy access to the 580, and Coliseum Bart station

About the rooms:

• Medium-sized with two windows
• Newly refinished hardwood floors
• Shared bathroom
• Room 1: Lots of light
• Room 2: Walk-in closet

Move-in cost for each room is first month’s rent plus $1,100 deposit. Utilities are included.
