Great location! 55+ community. EVERYTHING is included! Management company requires we sign a 12 month lease together at $800 each per month. Mall, Target, drugstores, convenience stores, healthcare, grocery store, several restaurants all within walking distance. The property manager will run a financial and background check. Again, I have already lived hear over 4 years. The property is extremely quiet 24/7. No pets in our apartment. There is a chest of drawers, closet, recliner, and flat screen TV in your room and a recliner. It measures 8’ x 7’. I can move out the recliner and desk to make room for your bed that you will purchase. You supply your own bedding, towels, and toiletries. If you want to keep your room furnished as is, There is an unopened brand new twin air mattress in a box in your room. For that, I do have brand new bedding. The air mattress inflates just by plugging it in to an outlet.

I am 61 and have lived in the apartment over 4 years. I am quiet. The apartment is immaculate. There is free coffee in the lobby area 24/7. Female 55+ Flight attendant or pilot preferred. Male candidates who are a pilot are welcome to apply.
