Tracy's room

This is a 2 Story 1640 sq ft townhouse with an open concept living area on the first floor. The bedrooms are upstairs. There is a furnished patio out back with seating and a grill. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and highway access. Just a short commute to Raleigh and RTP with easy access to I40.

I am a professional single female trying to make the most of the space in this home. I work 12-hour night shifts and have a non M-F schedule. I do have dogs and a cat so I am looking for an animal lover to share the space with. Unfortunately, no pets of your own. I stay pretty active with little projects around the house and work.
