Hound Chase Drive

It’s a average sized room with a closet with a bathroom right outside the room that would be your own. All rooms are upstairs on the second floor, as well as the washer and dryer which are between the rooms. Downstairs is the the living area, kitchen, and half-bath. There are two car spaces for the driveway, yours and mine. It is a gated community. I-75 is only less than 5 minutes away, as well as the restaurants and shopping by 301 and Big Bend. Quiet neighborhood, but next to a lot!

I’m 34, looking for a roommate to help with expenses as well as a potential friend. I work in administration for a car dealership. But I don’t like to think about work after I clock out! I’ve lived in Florida for about 6 years now. But only here in my townhouse since December. I’m a big reader, and love to watch horror, thriller, and adventure movies/tv series. Love to run over to Starbucks when I can. I usually keep to myself, being an introvert, but I like to go out with friends or family during the weekends. I am also a DIY-er, so I will be updating my house in the future :)
