Hey y’all! I’m looking for 1-4 people to sublease my roommate and my fully furnished apartment in Midtown this summer from May to July 26. We’re at University House Midtown, which is very close to Georgia Tech and Midtown Atlanta. The apartment is 4 bed 4 bath and likely female roommates. It comes fully furnished and equipped with essential amenities such as a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Additionally, residents have access to amenities like gyms, mail services, and parking facilities. We are open to negotiation, but the current rate is around $1000.
