I am looking for someone to take over the room that I live in currently for the last 2ish months of a year long lease that ends July 31st with the option to renew. The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious common areas, and a second floor balcony with a great view of the city. Its located in the Central District with close access to the freeway and a 20 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill.

Currently, the house is occupied by 7 early twenties working professionals (6 guys, and 1 girl). Everyone is friendly and there haven’t been any major conflicts in the roughly one year that we have been living here. We have a weekly chore schedule to keep the common areas and shared bathrooms clean. We have all been good about holding each other accountable and are open to communicating about any changes we would like to see in the house. We occasionally like to have board game and video games nights as well as occasional gatherings.
