LEASE TAKEOVER (February to August)

I am looking for someone to takeover my portion of the lease in jersey city, February to August (move in is very flexible!)

It is a 2bd 2bath, so you would have your own bathroom (it is very spacious). The bedroom fits a queen bed and desk easily, and receives A LOT of sunlight. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs! Washer/dryer is in the apartment. There is also a dishwasher. There is a AC/heat unit within the bedroom as well. The walls are pretty thick so you don’t get much noise within the apartment.

You would be living with another girl (Indian American) who’s a working pharma professional (hybrid environment) in her mid 20s. She’s nice, respectful, clean and keeps to herself.

It’s a very nice building with security at the entrance, a well equipped gym, pool, game room, super nice lobby with little quiet cubbies/rooms. There’s also a cafe attached to the building and I believe a nail salon too. The maintenance people are very receptive as well!

Rent: $1555 + utilities (WiFi, electric)

Parking (optional) - $120 (I think it’s more now, but that’s the rate I paid) (There’s a good amount of street parking that can be found during the day)

There is a shopping complex across the street (Asian food market, Marshall’s/homegoods, Taco Bell, dunkin, starbs, jolliibee etc), there’s also an Acme/Home Depot, further down the road).

Transportation: building has a rush hour shuttle (to and from the path station I believe), there is also a light rail about a 7-8 minute walk from the apartment that can take you to downtown Jersey city and to the path station to get to the city. Journal square is about a 10 min drive from the apartment as well.
