Please have your own car, Please clean up after yourself always, recycle and take out trash without being asked, etc. Home has security cameras inside and outside. Long Term $600/mo. $300 deposit =900 to move in, Includes mini-fridge, Full bed, linens, dresser, desk, dishes, kitchen supplies, laundry room, screened lanai, privacy fenced yard, grill, etc. Legal MedMJ welcome with current card as I have, No nicotine products! NO GAMERS!!! Someone quiet and clean with No arrest record. MUST be considerate, respectful, sanitary and not gross or it won’t last.

Unique, Unconventional, Quiet home, Safe Neighborhood in Bayshore Heights, central PSL. Very colorful, funky, artsy home, not traditional, very eclectic art studio home. My living room is my art studio, No TV No sofa, I never have guests. Bathroom sink and toilet are shared, but not the tub/shower, that will be yours exclusively to keep clean. I’m an artist who moved here from Hawaii where I ran an art gallery. My silent Mom lives with me and my white kitten Moana (Momo).
