Jennifer's room

I have two rooms available for rent. The bigger room is $1,200 (Includes all utilities). and the smaller room goes for $1,000 (Includes all utilities). (Electric, Water, Internet, Trash removal). The house is spread out so plenty of space. The back yard is huge and has a saltwater pool. There is one garage space available and plenty of parking outside. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and has great views!

Right now it is just me here with my Yorke. (must like dogs) I have two rooms to rent out. (If I’m able to rent out two rooms then bathroom would be shared). I am not a partier, personable but not needy. I love to cook, love movies, am very chill and very clean! No slobs need to apply. I can rent out the rooms furnished or unfurnished. I have a back game room unfurnished so if you have extra furniture, it can go in there. I prefer a professional or retiree (no students).
