About the room
Non-smokers only. Rent does not include utilities which are split between everyone including internet. Access to use common areas of house (basically everywhere except other roommate’s bedrooms).
Large private furnished bedroom with bed, a night stand, and bed side table. The other roommate is quiet, clean, and respectful.
The property is 3bed/1.5bath house. Smoke, drug, and pet free. This includes vapes, incense, and all open flames. Has a good backyard as well. Laundry on site in garage for use.
No deposit needed. Must have first and last month rent (400)($800 total) and verification of income.
About the roomies
I’m quiet and clean. I sometimes have a small group for game night once a month, so you’re welcome to join. All my socializing is done out of the house, I’m not a partier. Love boardgames and crafts.
