The outside of the house is secured for winter it needs some yard work in the spring and maybe a paint do over. the location is amazing, always going to be parking and a 2 car garage for when it snows! it’s a pretty big house with plenty of space

I am currently in the house by myself, however i am looking for a roommate to split the bills with and get to know someone else! i’m super clean, i love cooking and i work a lot so i’m only really home from the afternoon to night time. i’m looking for someone honest, fun, tidy and a good friend!
