McKenna's room

hello!! i have a room available in my apartment. i live in the maple hills apartment complex in a 1,200 sqft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. you would have a bedroom with a bathroom next door! the unit backs up to a small parking lot, so it’s extremely convenient! i live in the only basement unit and the laundry room is right next door and i love it :) my lease ends at the end of september, so i would prefer someone to stay for a few months at least. rent is $660 monthly, broken down by $600 for rent, and $60 for half of internet and electricity! the security deposit is $1000 to move in, so i would ask for half of that to put away just to be safe :)

im a pretty sociable people and want to find someone i can be friends with! i work nights and on my off days, i like to stay in and chill. i have company over sometimes but normally im pretty quiet. feel free to message me with any questions. thank you so much!
