Looking for a clean and respectful roommate. Preferably female since I have a daughter that I have every other weekend, so hopefully you don’t mind having a kid around a couple times a month. The dog I shared with my ex-wife comes when my daughter comes. I live in a 3 bedroom townhome. Bedroom is already furnished with everything brand new just like the rest of the house. Have all the amenities. Your room isn’t extremely big, which is why the new bed in there is a storage bed since I couldn’t fit a dresser. Your bathroom is literally 5 feet or so from your bedroom. I don’t wear shoes inside except for “house sandals” or “house shoes”. Place stays immaculate and would appreciate someone who is clean as well. About me: mid 40’s, single male, work during the week, a complete goofball, likes to make people laugh, always in a great mood, extremely respectful, firm believer in cleanliness, and fairly quiet (unless I’m watching a big game 🤣).
