The rooms come with a shared bathroom, access to a large kitchen and living area, and 1 office space. All utilities, along with Wi-Fi, and smart home security all included in monthly rent. Military, young professionals, and graduate students all welcome. Background check and credit check are required.Pets are welcome but must be trained and under responsibly taken care of. There is an extra monthly fee for pets at $40.

I’m a young working man who is very laid back. I work a majority of the time but I’m very easy going and personable.
