The property is nice and secure and in a good neighbor. Everything in the apartment works as it should. The rooms are private and sound does not filter through. This apartment complex is 100% pet friendly.

NEED HOUSEMATE ASAP IN PLEASANT GROVE!! $875 per month, utilities included, with the first payment due immediately upon signing. This is for a one-year lease.

Requirements:

1. Male or female (I do not mind which, but I do oddly get along better with girls due to being raised with only sisters my whole life, lol).
2. Must love dogs and have no problems with my dog in the apartment. She is a senior dog and loves people. She is just a joy to be around.
3. Must be willing and able to take my dog outside for potty breaks if it is impossible for me to do it myself. This will likely never happen, though.
4. Must leave spaces relatively clean, but in consideration that we would have a maid come clean weekly.
5. Must be a reputable, good-natured, and unselfish person.
6. MUST BE 420-FRIENDLY!! I have a valid medical cannabis card, and I do not smoke, so there should not be any smell.
7. Because I work from home and am often on the phone, the candidate must not be overly-loud, noisy, or disruptive.

Just a little about myself:

I am 28 and own and operate a successful and highly-esteemed paralegal services company that provides services in all of Utah and some other states. I am well known and respected in many Utah attorney networks. I plan to become an attorney myself.

I work from home, so I will be home practically at all times (which adds an extra layer of security, I suppose).

I am SUPER chill and easy-going. I am friendly a good-natured. There is practically nothing, albeit within reason, that would upset me, and I am never quick to anger nor would I ever raise my voice at you or act aggressively toward you.

I am comfortable with either hanging out with you or keeping to myself—whichever you prefer. I am flexible, very easy to get along with, and amenable to most things.
