$766 Room for Rent - Concord, CA - 5 min walk from BART. Move in 2/1/19

This is our house on 2831 Sinclair Avenue - we really love it. We have a big, open kitchen with a table nook, and a big family room with a couple of really comfy leather couches and big screen TV. The house if fully furnished. Comes with washer and dryer in the house. Our back yard is basically a big cemented patio area bordered by some nice flowers and plants and a garden to the side. The back yard is great. It’s what sold us on the house. We have a two-car garage converted into a home gym and activity room. Lots of storage as well. There is plenty of street parking. The open room is a fairly large at 12 feet by 14 feet. It doesn’t have a closet, but there is a free-standing armoire left by the previous roommate that can be yours. There is also a hallway closest that can be your as well.
The current roommate will be moving out this month. We can work out the week or weekend prior to the 1st to allow for move in. The location is pretty great. We’re a 5 minute walk to Concord B.A.R.T. We’re a 10 minute walk to Todos Santos Plaza. There is a Safeway and CVS within a couple minute walk. The three of us are guys in our mid 20’s to late 30’s. Our names are Robert, Niall, and Ethan. We’re open to a guy or girl for a roommate (as long as the girl doesn’t mind living with a bunch of guys). We’re open to older or younger people (as long as the older person doesn’t mind living with a bunch of younger folks). We’re willing to meet with anyone to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Rent is $766/month plus utilities (about $120 a month, Comcast highspeed, Water, PG&E) and a deposit of one month’s rent. We are on a month to month lease, but we’re looking for someone who wants to stick around for a while. There is also a one time $100 lease agreement change and a $35 application fee. There is a property management company in play that will make the final decision. They will do a credit check and want a score above 680. Scores below that are still ok but they require the new tenant enroll in a program to raise their score which is another $60/mo. Once we approve you and have a meeting to confirm, then you can follow this link to apply with the Property Managers.
