About the room
Welcome to my home! You’ll enjoy a spacious room and even more spacious backyard, already equipped with its own key lock for better privacy. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant, and it is one of the hallmark features of the home as the shower is very spacious and features a beautiful tile backsplash. The kitchen is also very inviting, with quartz countertops. We have many kitchen tools, such as an air fryer, juicer, blender, and an induction style stove. The washer and dryer are new Samsung appliances and are located next to the dining area, on the opposite side of the house from the tenant bedrooms. **Please note: the home’s circuit breaker is situated in this room. Should we need access to this for any reason, we will kindly request your permission prior to entering.
We have pups ourselves, and if you have a pup, they are allowed to live with you for an additional monthly fee.
The home does not have a garage, but the driveway is spacious, and parking is also available in front of our fence. Lastly, we do have an EV charging port in the driveway. We do not own an EVs at the moment, however, if you have an EV and would like to plug in, an additional monthly fee will be required.
A refundable security/reservation deposit will be required along with the first month’s rent. 6-month minimum contract. Must have a minimum credit score of 670. Background check required. Renters Insurance recommended. Must be able to cover 3x the amount of rent posted. Must be pet friendly. Smoking not permitted.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my fiancé, and our two pups (both Maltipoos). I am a professional and an Army reservist; I travel frequently and can be away up to 3 weeks every month. My fiancé is studying for her BSN and will be home most of the time. We enjoy cooking, working out, traveling, and spending time with our pups. We are very organized and are proactive about keeping our home clean.
