Auzhane''s room

I have a nice sized bedroom (perfect for a queen sized bed) and personal bathroom available for rent in the condo i’m currently living in. Utilities are around $60-$115 a month (each; I’d be paying the other half) depending on the time of year. The property includes an on site gym, pool, jacuzzi, bbq area and ping pong tables.

I am a grad student who also works full time for a non profit organization as a therapist. I tend to be home often due to my work being hybrid and enjoy the house being a calm and clean environment. My ideal roommate is someone who is clean, respectful, and good at communicating.
