Cottage Place

**Pictures of room are from website of apartment complex and I don’t own any of the furniture in the pictures. I did update with actual pictures of the washer/dryer, my living room and kitchen space. The website pictures are accurate to what the actual room and bathroom looks like. The room you would be renting has a larger bathroom and closet space than the master. Apartments 2 minute drive to Food Lion, vape shop, 6 minutes from Target and Walmart and close to most everything. I’m 10 minutes from my job. Apartment is 992sqft

Let me make this clear: I AM NOT LOOKING TO ROOM WITH MEN OVER 40+. Find someone your own age please. There’s obviously plenty.

I’m searching for a quiet roommate who doesn’t mind a dog or cat. I have a 30lb Shiba Inu and an orange cat. Need someone laid back to move in within the upcoming months. (I just have to let my current roommate know a month in advance). I’ll be starting a job that has me working Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm so I won’t be around the apartment super frequent. I like to just keep to myself, I don’t mind conversation but I like to think of the apartment as just a shared living space. That’s not to say I’m against making friends if we hit it off.
