This is a private room at The Nine at Memphis Apartments that I am reletting and I’m searching for someone to take over my lease. You will be taking over the larger bedroom.

You would have a private bedroom with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen and living space. The apartment is fully furnished and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. Rent is $860/month, utilities included. Also included in your rent is access to the Internet and cable TV. You also receive access to the resident lounge, fitness center, and swimming pool.

If you’re new in town and looking for a place to stay but can’t find anyone/don’t know anyone to room with, this is the perfect fit! There’s only 1 roommate and they’re super nice (check roommate information below).

The apartment is about a 4 minute walk to the University of Memphis campus and walking distance to the Highland Strip and lots of businesses, bars, restaurants, etc. Very central location that would be perfect for anyone who don’t have a car or just likes being a short walk from things.

I am graduating at the beginning of May and planned on being out by the end of April, so the unit will be available May 1st at the latest. If you’re hoping for an earlier date just let me know and I’ll see if I’m able to be out a bit earlier. This will be a relet, not a subleasing, so it will be like you are starting a new lease with the property.

I have one female roommate, she doesn’t talk much but has always been very nice. She stays to herself for the most part and does her part to keep the space clean.
