Adult room and kids room for rent. Room for rent in Renton. I will accept single parent and small child. I will also accept college students. I am in Renton and near Renton Tec. BCC and not that far from UW.

You have an open parking spot. Wood flooring, A/C, Min-Spit heating, Dish washer, Stove, Fridge. Newly remodeled bathroom.

I have Taco Bell, Wendys, Mc Donalds, Panda Express, Fred Myers, Pho, Mexican Food Rite Aid, La Fitness not more than a few blocks away. Lots of Autoparts stores within blocks. Lots to do, nice place.

I have children around the house sometimes. This is important as some people may not want this. This is a family friendly area that I live, and we are kind and respectful church going people.
