Close to bus, market, laundromat, and more. Free street parking. I have 2 cats, no other pets please. Must be quiet and responsible, as are we. No visitors, drugs, marijuana or alcohol. Light cooking in kitchen ok. Smoking outside only. Nice neighborhood.
