North 56th Street

I am looking for a female roommate to join me on a 1-year lease ending Jan ’25 at an apartment in desert ridge (cross streets are N. 56th and East Deer Valley). Rent would be $878.07 (this includes internet and fees, but not water or electric) a month. The apartment is a 1020sq foot 2 bed/2 bad on the 3rd floor (no elevator access, unfortunately) and is quite spacious and nice, and the complex has a gym and a pool.
