White Bridge Pike

Hey everyone. I am looking for a roommate around my age to take over my current roommate’s lease. The apartment is located 246 white bridge pike, walking distance to Target, Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Planet Fitness and lots of restaurants etc. Driving 10 minutes to Costco, Walmart, Publix and etc. 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Brentwood.

Apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath. I have all furniture for the living room and kitchen so you don’t need to worry about it except you need to buy your own for your bedroom.

The monthly rent is $725/person + utilities (comes out to about $800/month.) The new contract will come into effect on February 1st. Move in date is as soon as needed, but the sooner the better. According to apartment management, “Must have a minimum income of $2200 per month, student loans or proof of sufficient funds available. 650 credit score, no evictions or landlord disputes and pass a background check.”

I am 27 years old and a graduate student from Tennessee state university and continue studying for at least 2 years. I’m clean, responsible. I love music, working out, and hanging with friends. During weekdays, I usually spent time in Lab. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Thank you!
