💡 Utilities & Rent Info: Only shared bill is electricity (~$50/person per month); High-speed internet, gas, water, sewer, trash, and pest control all included in rent; Optional personal garage available for $65/month – plenty of free lot parking, too. $595 refundable deposit (payment plan available) The deposit will be forfeited in the event of property damage, theft, failure to vacate the premises in a clean condition, or non-payment of initial or ongoing rent; and last months rent needs to be paid (payment plan available). Strong preference to rent being paid weekly (~$150) or bi-weekly (~$300). Same rate as monthly just smaller payments to help keep people on track and split the bill some. After 6-months of on-time payment rent drops to $600 a month. 🛠️ Building & Location Perks: Washer and dryer on each floor; on-site gym + massive gym 2 blocks away walking path (great for walking dogs) next to the property with a lake, waterfall, and zen garden. Playground, pool, and event room on the property. On both school and city bus routes, great location. Mall is 2 blocks away, Walmart is just ½ mile. I am pet friendly, and I have one elderly dog that is part of the family, and I often dog sit a 2 year old dog as well… Your pet would be treated as family too if you have any.
