One roomie has Sam’s membership the other has Costco’s.
💡 Utilities & Rent Info: Only shared bill is electricity (~$50/person per month) High-speed internet, gas, water, sewer, trash, and pest control all included in rent Optional personal garage available for $65/month – plenty of free lot parking, too $600 refundable deposit (payment plan available) The deposit will be forfeited in the event of property damage, theft, failure to vacate the premises in a clean condition, or non-payment of initial or ongoing rent; and last months rent needs to be paid (payment plan available). Strong preference to rent being paid weekly ($150) or bi-weekly ($300) (same rate as monthly just smaller payments to help keep people on track and split the bill some. About Us (Your Future Roommates): I’m a non-traditional graduate student and nurse. The other roommate is a young banker. We are easygoing, respectful, and drama-free. I’ve included a detailed background check for transparency and peace of mind… this is a safe, secure living space. We are student, and lgbtq+ friendly, and we want it to feel like home for everyone. We are pet friendly, we have one older dog that is part of the family, and I often dogsit a 2 year old dog as well… Your pet would be treated as family too if you have any.
Overall, the vibe here is very chill, respectful, and relaxed. We’re looking for someone who fits that same energy.
