My friend Courtney and I are looking for a female roommate in our culver city Townhouse! Lease begins Feb 1st !

We have one unfurnished bedroom (10’6“ x 12’8“) with a good sized closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting on dimmers, window, and AC. Garage space included.

Rent: $1500 not including utilities (will need to discuss but roughly $50-80/month) Security Deposit: $1500 Lease Term: One Year (we will add you to our lease so good credit is a must) Utilities Shared: power, gas, water, internet, monthly cleaning

We live in a beautiful and newly updated 3 story townhome with a private balcony and garage. Central AC/Heat and ceiling fans in each room. Washer and dryer in unit. Two full fridges (one in the garage), filtered water. We’re in a very safe, perfectly located area close to literally everything: mall, target, coffee shops, Trader Joes and so many other essential places. Our community has 2 pools, a sauna, and basketball/tennis court. Plus our landlord is amazing.

More about us: We’re females in our 20s, both full-time professionals who enjoy home as a place of calm. We both have friends over from time to time. I am from Missouri, but raised in CA. Courtney is from SF! We both work from home.
