Tara's room

Great rental home in Summer Lake Area in North Tigard, especially for walking. There is a large master bedroom, master shower, 2 sinks, plus walk in closet for rent. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 car garage. We would share the whole house together, I’m flexible with all this room. So rent would be double what is listed for a couple. Also, since I’ve rented with the property managers for so long, we are on month to month, not a year lease. I would like at least a 9 month commitment or longer. Quiet neighborhood. If you have a pet, you have to get approved and buy insurance through property owners.
